5-ingredient Lemon Mint Tahini Cream
- 120 g. | ½ cup Tahini
- 3 Dates pitted
- 120 ml. | ½ cup Water
- 60 ml. | ¼ cup Lemon juice
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 6 leaves Mint
- Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend to form a thick and smooth sauce.
- Store the tahini cream in the fridge, using an airtight container, and consume within 3 days. Alternatively, store the tahini cream in the freezer for a maximum of 60 days and thaw at room temperature.
