5-ingredient Lemon Mint Tahini Cream

  • 120 g. | ½ cup Tahini
  • 3 Dates pitted
  • 120 ml. | ½ cup Water
  • 60 ml. | ¼ cup Lemon juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 6 leaves Mint


  • Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend to form a thick and smooth sauce.
  • Store the tahini cream in the fridge, using an airtight container, and consume within 3 days. Alternatively, store the tahini cream in the freezer for a maximum of 60 days and thaw at room temperature.
