5-ingredient Lemon Mint Tahini Cream

INGREDIENTS:

  • [120g.] ½ cup tahini
  • 3 dates (pitted)
  • [125ml.] ½ cup water
  • [60ml.] 4 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 mint leaves

 

Total number of groceries: 5

METHOD:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until it’s a thick and smooth cream.
  2. Store the tahini cream in the fridge, using an airtight container and consume within 3 days. Store the tahini cream in the freezer for a maximum of 60 days and thaw at room temperature.
