Chocolate Hazelnut Spread

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups raw hazelnuts (can be replaced with cashews)
  • ¼ cup coconut cream
  • 1-2 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. stevia
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. coffee beans, (grounded, optional)

Total number of ingredients: 6 

METHOD:

  1. Preheated the oven to 300°F or 150°C.
  2. Roast the hazelnuts (or cashews) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. After about 12 minutes, take out the nuts and let them cool down.
  4. Put all the ingredients in blender or food processor.
  5. Blend until smooth. Add more water if necessary. Stop and scrape down the edges of the blender or food processor if necessary.
  6. Store, use for another recipe or enjoy!
