INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Peanut Cheese Spread
  • 1 Ripe Advocado
  • 1 Small Onion
  • ¼ cup Vegetable Broth
  • ½ cup Rice Milk
  • ½ cup Cashews (soaked in water for 4-6 hours)
  • 1 ½ tsp. Paprika
  • ½ tsp. Cumin
  • ¼ tsp. Ground Turmeric
  • ½ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • ½ tsp. Sriracha or 1 jalapeño (optional)

Total number of ingredients: 12

METHOD:

  1. Combine all ingredients in the blender for about 2-3 minutes until soft.
